Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were very dated and in need of some TLC, and unfortunately, the one I received did not match the images in the email. Despite this, the bustling atmosphere added a positive vibe to my stay. Housekeeping missed some essentials like replenishing tea and coffee.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, perfect for my needs, especially since I was on the ground floor due to difficulty with stairs. The staff was friendly and efficient in addressing any issues I had. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful gardens, making it a relaxing retreat. The dining experience was satisfactory, although more variety in meals would have been appreciated.
The hotel was a bit pricy due to it being the run-up to Christmas, but it was calm and quiet despite hosting a wedding, and the rooms were spotlessly clean with ample tea and coffee. The service was outstanding, with a welcoming and courteous staff. The location was peaceful and picturesque, especially for those traveling in or out of the UK via Immingham. The dining experience offered tasty dishes, and the facilities were commendable.
